The Company has established rules pertaining to complaints and handling of complaints effective from 2010 to ensure transparency and fairness of the procedures. Definitions of complaints are clearly established, as well as formulation of complaint channels, handling policy, protection of complaint reporter, procedure and practical guidelines for investigation, and consideration of complaints, procedure for closing complaint and amelioration, and appointment of responsible personnel from the onset until the conclusion of the process.

Stakeholders affected by or vulnerable to the Company's operations or the employees' performances are encouraged to notify their complaints to the Company directly by themselves or via postal services according to the following address:
