In 2016, IRPC received 39 complaints, 37 of which were related to noncompliance and unethical conduct and 2 were feedbacks. All the complaints were investigated by Internal Audit and related functions and finally reported to Management Committee and Board of Director within time frame stated in the complaint management procedure.
As of May 2017, IRPC concluded 38 cases and 1 case is during investigation process. Among those, 21 of which had no sufficient evidence or fact for investigation, 13 were related to noncompliance to the Company’s working rules and 5 were misconduct. As a consequence and mitigation, those cases resulted in 3 verbal warnings, 4 written warnings, 6 control improvement and 4 coaching. The most common topics for notification were operation.
