IRPC จับมือ SET และกรมป่าไม้ ปลูกป่าชุมชน 10 ไร่ ในโครงการ Care the Wild

เมื่อวันที่ 13 กันยายน 2566  คุณธวัชชัย ชัยปราโมทย์ ผู้จัดการอาวุโส กำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี นำคณะพนักงานสำนักกิจการองค์กร และฝ่ายแผนกลยุทธ์และความยั่งยืน บริษัท ไออาร์พีซี จำกัด (มหาชน) ร่วมกับตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย คณะผู้บริหารกรมป่าไม้  ผู้แทนภาคีเครือข่ายป่าชุมชน ทีมปลูกป้องชุมชนเข้มแข็ง บ้านโคกพลวง นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหินโคน และตัวแทนนักเรียนจากโรงเรียนในพื้นที่ร่วมกันนำร่องปลูกต้นไม้ในงาน “ปลูกจิตสำนึก ป้องป่าชุมชน” ภายใต้โครงการ Care the Wild “ปลูกป้อง Plant & Protect”  ในพื้นที่ป่าชุมชนบ้านโคกพลวง อ.จักราช จ. นครราชสีมา ขนาดพื้นที่ 10 ไร่ เป็นระยะเวลา 10 ปี  โดยมุ่งสร้างประโยชน์ในเชิงเศรษฐกิจ สร้างอาชีพให้ชุมชน และร่วมกันแสดงพลังในการรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสภาพภูมิอากาศ ลดภาวะโลกร้อน สอดรับกับเป้าหมายของ IRPC ที่มุ่งสู่การเป็น Net Zero Emission ในปี 2603

ในการจัดกิจกรรมดังกล่าว IRPC ยังส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชน โดยมอบอุปกรณ์สำหรับปลูกต้นไม้ให้กับชุมชนในพื้นที่ มอบอุปกรณ์การกีฬา ให้แก่โรงเรียนในเขต อ.จักราช จำนวน 4 โรงเรียน และร่วมทำกิจกรรมปลูกต้นไม้พรวนดินกับตัวแทนนักเรียน เพื่อเป็นการปลูกฝังการดูแลรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมให้กับนักเรียนอีกด้วย

IRPC ผนึก ปตท. และ บุญรอดฯ พัฒนานวัตกรรม ผลิตวัสดุหมุนเวียนในสายการผลิต ลดใช้ทรัพยากรเพื่อความยั่งยืน

IRPC รับรางวัลโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศ (Eco Factory)

IRPC รับมอบเกียรติบัตรการเป็นองค์กรอุตสาหกรรมนำร่องสนับสนุนการลงทุนที่เป็นมิตรต่อสภาพภูมิอากาศ

เมื่อวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2566 คุณสมบูรณ์ สาตสิน ผู้จัดการฝ่ายอาวุโส บริหารคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นผู้แทนบริษัทฯ รับมอบเกียรติบัตรการเป็นองค์กรอุตสาหกรรมนำร่องสนับสนุนการลงทุนที่เป็นมิตรต่อสภาพภูมิอากาศ ในงานสัมนาเผยแพร่ผลการศึกษาโครงการขับเคลื่อนสู่ Net Zero ในพื้นที่ ECC จัดโดย สำนักงานคณะกรรมการนโยบายเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก ร่วมกับองค์การบริหารจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก (องค์การมหาชน) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสนับสนุนการลงทุนที่เป็นมิตรต่อสภาพภูมิอากาศ เพื่อระบบซื้อขายสิทธิในการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก และส่งเสริมการซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิตในพื้นที่ EEC โดยมีการให้ความรู้ แนวทางการตรวจวัด การคำนวณของระบบซื้อขายสิทธิในการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก เพื่อส่งเสริมให้เกิดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะกับการลงทุนเทคโนโลยีคาร์บอนต่ำ และเกิดอุปสงค์คาร์บอนเครดิต จากโครงการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกภาคสมัครใจในประเทศไทย ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มการซื้อขายก๊าซเรือนกระจก (Carbon Trading Platform) ซึ่งช่วยสนับสนุนและขับเคลื่อนตลาดคาร์บอนภาคสมัครใจภายในประเทศ นำไปสู่การลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก เป้าหมายความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน Carbon Neutrality และการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกสุทธิเป็นศูนย์ (Net Zero Emissions) ต่อไป

IRPC ร่วมเป็นเครือข่ายโครงการจัดการคาร์บอนเครดิตในป่าเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน โดยมูลนิธิแม่ฟ้าหลวงในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์

คุณประนาช โกศายานนท์ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ กลยุทธ์ แผน และพัฒนาธุรกิจองค์กร บริษัท ไออาร์พีซี จำกัด (มหาชน) ร่วมกับ มูลนิธิแม่ฟ้าหลวงในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ภาคีเครือข่ายทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน แสดงเจตนารมณ์เพื่อรักษาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ร่วมเป็นเครือข่ายโครงการจัดการคาร์บอนเครดิตในป่าเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน โดยเฉพาะการพัฒนาศักยภาพป่าให้เป็นแหล่งกักเก็บก๊าซเรือนกระจก ผ่านการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้ชุมชนดูแลรักษาป่าร่วมกับการเสริมสร้างความเป็นอยู่่ที่ดีของชุมชน และได้ร่วมเสวนา ในหัวข้อ “นโยบายของภาคเอกชนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน” จัดโดยมูลนิธิแม่ฟ้าหลวงในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ การขยายงานในครั้งนี้เมื่อรวมกับระยะพัฒนาระบบ ทำให้โครงการฯ มีความร่วมมือในป่าชุมชนรวม 129 แห่งใน 9 จังหวัด ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 194,850 ไร่ ป้อนคาร์บอนได้  500,000 ตันคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์เทียบเท่า และสร้างประโยชน์แก่ชุมชนในป่า 25,082 ครัวเรือน  และคาดว่าจะทำให้เกิดประโยชน์ทางตรงด้านรายได้ชุมชนรวมเพิ่มขึ้นประมาณ 500-630 ล้านบาท และในปี 2567 โครงการฯ มีเป้าหมายจะขยายงานครอบคลุมพื้นที่อีก 150,000 ไร่ เพื่อนำไปสู่เป้าหมายผลิตคาร์บอนเครดิต 1 ล้านตันภายในปี 2570
