IRPC Organizes Online Meeting (e-Meeting) of 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
In compliance with the Emergency Decree on Electronic Meetings, B.E. 2563 (2020) and other related guidelines, IRPC held an online meeting (e-Meeting) of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 5, 2022 in order to prevent the risk of spreading the Covid-19. The meeting was attended by Mr. Kris Imsang, Chairman, Mr. Chavalit Tippawanich, President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as the board of directors and executives to reassure shareholders about the Company’s operating results in 2021, the dividend payment, and future growth plans.
In order to encourage shareholders to participate in exhibiting duty to society, community, and environment as part of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors represented the shareholders by making donations to socially and ecologically responsible organizations by providing 100,000 Baht to the “Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Foundation”, which supports heart surgery for poor pediatric children nationwide, which the Company has done for the past ten years in addition to providing 200,000 Baht to the Department of National Parks, Wildlife, and Plant Conservation, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, to support and aid operations of resolving forest fires, smog, as well as assisting in the reduction of global warming.
