Managing the impact on stakeholders in the business value chain IRPC conducts internal and external stakeholder engagement every year to understand each stakeholder group’s views, interests, expectations, and concerns, especially from the economic, social, and environmental perspectives. The business unit responsible for engagement with each stakeholder group identifies stakeholders and draws up IRPC’s stakeholder engagement procedure. In addition, the company reviews the formats of stakeholder engagement activities and channels on an annual basis, to reassure stakeholders that the company provides them with the opportunity to participate in such activities to express their opinions freely and transparently as appropriate.
