5. New Organization Agile Human (NOAH) Program is to develop the human resource management system to ensure efficient and flexible management, cultivating corporate values, empowering employees, recruiting new talents, creating motivation, fostering leadership, leading to positive corporate culture and enhancing IRPC’s growth through the following operations: 1) The most cost efficient operating model at speed is incorporated into the company’s operations.
