The Corporate Governance Report (CGR) of Thai Listed Companies Project with an aim to conduct surveys and evaluations of the corporate governance of the listed companies on the SET
The Thai Institute of Directors together with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Stock Exchange of Thailand has launched the Corporate Governance Report (CGR) of Thai Listed Companies Project with an aim to conduct surveys and evaluations of the corporate governance of the listed companies on the SET in comparison with international standards and relevant organizations. Results of the surveys will determine policies and measures on the corporate governance development in the Thai capital market. Five areas of development are:
- Rights of Shareholders
- Equitable Treatment of Shareholders
- Roles of Stakeholders
- Disclosure and Transparency
- Board Responsibilities
