IRPC ขยายการลงทุนในบริษัทนวัตกรรมด้านวัสดุขั้นสูง (Advance Materials)

นายกฤษณ์ อิ่มแสง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท ไออาร์พีซี จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยว่า IRPC ได้ประกาศการลงทุนใน บริษัท คลีนเทค แอนด์ บียอนด์ จำกัด (Cleantech & Beyond) โดยการลงทุนในครั้งนี้เป็นการใช้ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา หรือ Intellectual Property (IP) ของ IRPC ซึ่งเกิดจากงานวิจัยที่ทำงานร่วมกับ     สถาบันวิทยสิริเมธี (VISTEC) มาแปลงเป็นหุ้นเพิ่มทุนในสัดส่วนร้อยละ 27.3 ใน บริษัท คลีนเทค แอนด์ บียอนด์ จำกัด ซึ่งการลงทุนนี้นอกจากสอดคล้องตามแผนกลยุทธ์ เพื่อแสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ในบริษัท Startup ต่อยอดธุรกิจ สร้างความเติบโตเข้มแข็งให้กับบริษัทฯ แล้วยังสอดคล้องกับแผนสร้างการเติบโตในระยะยาวและตอบโจทย์เมกะเทรนด์ ด้วยนวัตกรรมด้านวัสดุ ขั้นสูง (Advance materials) สำหรับอุตสาหกรรมบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) อาทิ ใช้ติดเครื่องจักร หรืออุปกรณ์ เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดเพลิงไหม้ หรือความเสียหายของอุปกรณ์ และอุตสาหกรรมด้านการขนส่งสินค้า […]
