IRPC received “ASEAN CG Scorecard” Top 20 awards as a company with good corporate governance in the ASEAN region

On December 1, 2022, Miss Arisara Suthasut, Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, represented IRPC Public Company Limited in receiving the 2021 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard Virtual Awards at the virtual ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard Ceremony as a company with ASEAN Top 20 highest score and to other listed companies in the ASEAN region with good corporate governance.

In addition, IRPC was awarded the ASEAN Asset Class PLCs for companies with an assessment score of 97.50 or higher, reflecting recognition by local and foreign investors of IRPC’s leadership in good corporate governance and commitment to continue improving the quality of good corporate governance in accordance with international standards.
